Once a year, a very special event takes place. This private event is by qualification only. No amount of money can buy you a seat at the table. No amount of connections or influence will open the door.
This event is the Agel International Leadership Summit, and the only people who can attend are those who have reached the rank of Regional Director or higher within Agel Enterprises.
Much different than a convention or Rally, as the name suggests, the International Leadership Summit (ILS) is an intense, information-dense workshop centered exclusively on leadership development. This is the one event held each year for top-level leaders to develop their own leadership skills.
This is not because ILS is an elitist or exclusionary event. The rank attendance benchmark is set to ensure that the sessions are appropriate for the attendees. This is the only event structured for leaders to develop their own skills – without the pressures or distractions of needing to work with their group during the event.
Attendees from more than 25 countries will convene in Las Vegas, Nevada for ILS ’08. There they will study the science of leadership, and learn the finer points of how you lead a team of tens of thousands, helping them foster growth, volume, and duplication. If you are one of the fortunate people at this exclusive event, you will rub shoulders with the top income earners in the Agel world, as you attend workshops designed to help you evolve into the greatest leader you can be.
The sessions at ILS are advanced, covering topics that are too complex for the average team member. This is high-level curriculum presented by multi-million-dollar producers Randy Gage, Eric Worre, and Randy Schroeder – to nurture the next generation of multi-million-dollar producers.
ILS does not include inspirational or motivational sessions. You won’t find flashy sets, rah-rah speeches, or big production numbers. From start to finish, it is completely filled with high-level skills training.
The International Leadership Summit is graduate level training on greatness. ILS is about breaking from any new or expanded comfort zone you may have become satisfied with, through to the greatness you are meant to do, have, and become. Everyone in attendance is a qualified or aspiring Diamond Director. Everyone is there to learn new skills that will allow them to go back home and lead their own people to their doing, having, and becoming their very best.
The sessions focus on topics such as leading a large organization, promoting events, leadership development, running recognition programs, using your time the most effectively, selling the dream, and proper money management. (With a special emphasis on building wealth.)
Like all Agel events, there will also be networking, fellowship, and fun. We have a special event planned for Saturday evening, so you can reconnect with old friends and make new ones for a lifetime.
Then Sunday morning, it will be back to work, with more workshops until the wrap-up at noon. Of course you’ll leave with your “assignments,” but more importantly, new skills to get them implemented right away.
ILS ’08 takes place from Friday, April 4th through Sunday, April 6th. To attend, you must have reached the level of Regional Director by the end of the close of business, March 2008. However space is not guaranteed by reaching this rank. Seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If all seats are sold out before you qualify, you must wait until the following year to attend.
The investment is only $597 per person. This includes the special program on Saturday night. You’ll also take home several special reminders of the weekend.

There are a limited number of seats set aside for those who are already qualified and want to lock in their space. If you register before April 1, you can do so for only $447, while these seats last. On April 1, the price will rise to $497. Registration at the door is $597, on a space available basis.
