It's Your Turn!

Hi A-Team:

It's Tony and Sarah Zolecki from Sacramento, CA. We were so thrilled when Eric Worre asked us to share our story with you all. Since June 1st, 2005, Agel has been a wild ride for us. We remember Mr. Worre saying it was going to be like "going through the jungle." And boy was he right! There have been snakes, potholes, you name it. I think that's why we love it so much. Every single challenge and obstacle has brought us to an incredible result or experience with Agel.

With both of us coming from the Midwest, we were taught the value of hard work. The challenge though time and time again was finding that vehicle to put the hard work towards. That's when Eric Worre stepped in. Eric is Sarah's cousin. So.... when they say put everyone on your prospect list; they mean everyone! Who do you care about the most? Who do you want to help financially? For most us; it's our family.

From Day One, Eric Worre and Randy Gage gave us the map to "get through the jungle." Now, we'll tell you in the beginning we followed part of the map but, then we got off on the wrong road. What happened? We didn't completely follow the 7 Steps System for success in Agel. We tried to pave a side road. That was a mistake and alot of wasted energy and time. We found ourselves frustrated and not happy with our results...We had to realize that the only variable in Agel was us. The product stayed the same. The compensation plan stayed the same. But we didn't. Maybe, not being consistent with the Monday Night Calls and making it mandatory for our entire team to be on; or not setting up a PBR with a new team member within their first week in Agel; or getting them on the appropriate autohip of 4 boxes a month; or not having someone run their business correctly with the 50 magpak autoship.

We realized very quickly that it took all the 7 steps to have success. Not just 1,3,6 or all of them except 5. So, with learning that most important lesson; we got back on the road. And guess what? People started duplicating, more PBR's were happening, people were more committed, leaders were emerging from our team. We altered it by one degree. "A ship that turns it's direction by one degree will alter it's course by hundreds of miles."

We write this today because we know that some of you may not have the results that you want like we did. We encourage you to stay the road. Don't get innovative; don't try it your way. The system is set to make this business easier for us. But, when we try to do it and add our touch and it's so much harder!

Here again are the Seven Steps. Everyone in our team has these memorized.
1. Executive Level
2. 4 box Autoship
3. 50 Magpak Autoship
4. Conduct 1 PBR a week
5. Attend a local ABB
6. Monday Leadership Call
7. 5 Preferred Customers

We also like to add 30 minutes a day of some sort of personal development. Whether it be Jim Rohn, Robert Kiyosaki,Think and Grow Rich. Just something.

When we applied these steps with a micro burst(30 day push), our volume in our lesser leg went from $27,000 to $60,000 in one month!! We had people acheiving Regional Directors, Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers all over the place! To sum it up, the system works.

We set a goal June 1st, 2006 to reach Corporate Director. We put it out there. Meaning, we declared it to everyone. We had to reach Corporate Director because the whole world knew. There was no turning back. We made the calls when we were tired. We did another PBR when the schedules were tight. We passed out and mailed more Magpaks than ever. We persisted and were relentless. And the last hour of June 30th, we hit our mark!!! Why? because we ran to the end. We could have stopped a week before thinking we were not going to hit our goal. Even the last couple hours; but we finished the race!

We are so grateful and proud of the leaders within our team. We are average people looking for people that want a real chance to get out of the rat race. We encourage everyone reading this that if the system is followed with passion, persistance and focus; you can have tremendous success with Agel. We are humbled to be part of the A-Team under the guidance of Randy Gage and Eric Worre. The last year has so exciting, we just can't wait to see what the next year unfolds. Here's to the rest of 2006!
